Trademark Registration Process involves steps as mentioned below

1. Trademark search : Search at IPR website is done to ensure the trademark that is applied is available and not in resemblance with any other mark.
2. Application : TM is applied at the IPR website after filing the complete form of application with all the relevant details
3. Examination: Trademark Office will examine the application for any objections
4. Publication: Once Accepted by the Trademark Office, application will be advertised in Trademark Journal.
5. Opposition: Advertised application will be published in the journal for four months
6. Registration: After four months of publication of application, Registration Certificate will be issued by the trademark office

Trademark application took approx 6-8 months from the date of application to the date of registration certificate. The applicant must ensure that the brand name and logo must be unique and not in resemblance and unique mark should be applied.
